Hi, I’m Elisabeth

I’m a trauma informed mind-body integration and anxiety retraining specialist.
Think of me as your secret advantage -as you step into the next empowered chapter of your life!

My clients are growth-minded women who’ve done the work, gained insight, but still feel stuck. I know that journey -I’ve lived it- and it’s what inspired me to do this work.

Through my unique Root & Rise approach, I guide women out of survival mode and into clarity, confidence, and calm.

From my own battle and empowering journey, I came to understand just how powerful and life-changing this inner work can be. While still in a rewarding but high-stress teaching career, I experienced my own breakthrough with it and later took an introductory course in this modality. Life then shifted - I left teaching, relocated, and immersed myself in this cutting-edge, advanced mind–body field of work. MindBody Empowered grew out of that transformation.

Today, it’s my passion to guide growth-minded women out of survival mode and into a life where they can truly thrive. Through my Root & Rise approach, my clients move beyond stress overload, self-doubt, and looping thoughts into calm focus, clear confidence, deeper self-trust, and emotional freedom that lasts.

You’re not here because you haven’t tried. You’ve read the books, done therapy or coaching. Yet anxiety and its ripples—looping thoughts, sleepless nights, and pressure to keep it all together—are still there. On the outside, you look high-functioning and successful. On the inside, you’re exhausted—spinning in self-doubt, perfectionism, or procrastination. Downtime isn’t truly restful because, like many high-functioning women, your nervous system has been hard-wired for stress and has forgotten what calm even feels like. I’ve been there.

Quick fixes don’t last. Logic and willpower aren’t enough when your mind and body are stuck in survival mode. That’s why affirmations and surface-level fixes don’t hold.

My Root & Rise approach helps you gently release what’s been building up, reset the patterns that hold you back, and finally feel real relief—calm, clarity, and confidence. This isn’t about fixing you—you’re not broken. It’s about creating lasting change from the inside out.

Sometimes logic, willpower, or “thinking positive” just doesn’t cut it. You’re stuck in cycles like:

  • People-pleasing & boundaries: Saying yes when your whole body says no, over-carrying the load, and feeling guilty for asking for what you need.

  • Fear, shame, and guilt loops: Fear of being judged or making mistakes. Shame for not being “better by now.” Guilt for looking fine on the outside but feeling messy and misaligned inside.

  • Overthinking & spiraling: Replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, spinning in perfectionism or procrastination, then scrambling to catch up.

  • Stress & somatic symptoms: Tension headaches, chest tightness, stomach knots, shortness of breath, racing heart, jittery nerves—even after doctors say “everything looks fine.”

  • Anxiety & panic: That creeping sense of dread before a big presentation… or panic that feels like it comes out of nowhere, leaving you convinced something’s wrong with your body.

  • Sleep & exhaustion: Sleepless or restless nights, waking already drained, running on fumes, and just pushing through.

  • Disconnection or isolation: Shutting down, going through the motions, avoiding invitations, feeling misunderstood, or even more alone.

  • Self-soothing escapes: Numbing with food, scrolling, overtraining, shopping—anything to take the edge off, even if it doesn’t last.

Step 1: Discovery Call – Clarity First

We’ll start with a 20-minute free phone call. This is your chance to share how anxiety and its ripple effects are showing up in your life.

This call isn’t about fixing everything in one conversation. It’s about gaining clarity on what you’ve been carrying. It’s also about feeling into whether working together is the right fit for both of us.

I work best with women who are ready to rise—curious, open, and willing to show up for themselves and to do the work that real change requires. If that’s you, this first step could be the beginning of something powerful.

Step 2: Strategy Call – Your Tailored Path

If it feels like the right fit, we’ll move into a 60-minute strategy call. This is where I will share your personalized Root & Rise plan around your specific patterns of anxiety and its ripple effects -whether its impacting through panic, procrastination, self-doubt, or perfectionism.

We’ll look at how to move you from anxious and overwhelmed to calm, focused, and confident again. You’ll see how I work, and I’ll walk you through the strategy designed to support your growth.

This call is also another opportunity to feel into our chemistry and energy -to see if working together feels aligned for both of us. When it does, we move forward with clarity and confidence in our partnership.

This second free call is also where we talk about your investment in yourself. Investing in yourself means:

Each 90-minute, weekly session is strategic, and personalized. Together, we’ll work gently and incrementally with the issues, patterns, and ripple effects impacting your life. This approach helps you reset your system, regulate your emotions, and regain control—aligning fully with your highest self so you can move forward with clarity, stay calm under pressure, and create the life that reflects your true potential.

Continuity is key: every session builds on the last creating a solid foundation for progress, confidence, and momentum. I’ll bring my expertise, skill and intention—your role is to be present, and stay engaged when things begin to shift and move.

These group sessions are grounded, welcoming, and designed to help pause, reset, and reconnect -within yourself and with others.

I offer these experiences, not as stage-show happenings, but as gentle, guided experiences that support emotional calm, and community wellness and care.

Because life can be stressful, and sometimes, we just need a safe space to exhale and realign -together.

Held at your quiet location, away from the hubbub, these sessions are ideal for women’s circles, wellness groups, or first responder teams. Each experience blends down-to-earth education -focused breathing, stress relief, guided inner imagery journey- and practical methods on how we can shift that response with simple awareness and mindfulness.

What Your Group Can Experience

These aren’t just feel-good sessions (though they feel really good). Participants leave with practical tools they can use on any stressful day -to reset and show up with more calm and ease.

  • Easy exercises, and techniques to calm the mind and clear mental overload

  • Insight into the mechanisms of overwhelm, what it does to our nervous system -and how we can step out of it every day.

  • Gentle breath practices to release stress and feel more grounded that transition into a relaxed, guided inner journey (like a mental refresh!)

A weekend mini retreat that blends education, gentle practice, and guided imagery journey and relaxation — perfect for groups who need a reset with meaning.

Weekday Wellness Recharge (1-1.5hrs)
A guided pause in the workweek — think of it as a group “exhale”. Relax, realign, recharge and breathe with guided imagery inner journey. Leave feeling peaceful, aligned and rejuvenated.

Community Support Circles for Teams
Build emotional resilience, center and grounding tools, and connection — especially supportive for caregiving professions, educators, or first responders. Leave feeling relaxed, realigned and rejuvenated.

Root & Rise" – A Half-Day Retreat for Clarity, Calm & Confidence Take a gentle pause from the outside world. This day retreat is designed to give you tools for calm, clarity, and inner alignment. Leave feeling calm, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Group size: 5–20 participants. Held on-site at your chosen location -away from the hubbub. Comfy chair or floor seating (bring a yoga mat!). Fees vary, reach out for a quote.

While this is a new offering for me, I bring years of experience as an educator and practitioner of mind-body wellness integration, and a grounded approach to mind-body rejuvenation. I’m excited to offer them as a way to support emotional well-being in our community.
